Student Membership Agreement

Student Membership Agreement

1. Refunds Policy
At this time 7Generations Forward Project LLC (7GFP) will not issue refunds for a student not being able to attend. If you are unable to be present, In Real Life (IRL), or have missed a day(s) for illness or personal matters, she/he may participate remotely or speak with a facilitator for options.

In the event a facilitator becomes unable to teach pursuant to this Agreement by reason of illness, incapacity or death and no replacement is available or any reasonable circumstance outside and beyond the control of an Facilitator and 7GFP the Student Membership Fee will be reimbursed or pro-rated which ever would apply and paid to participant within 14 days following the occurrence.


2. Make Up

If you are unable to be in person (IRL), your make up will be your option to participate remotely.


Facilitators reserve the right to drop you from the their class if you become overly disruptive, demeaning, use foul language, abusive, or act in a way that effects the class in a negative way. This decision will be made at the Facilitator’s discretion.


3. Payment
All Membership Packages are on a four week cycle with exception of the Single Day Pass

and payment is required for participation before entering into IRL and /or remote classes.  Day Passes are only IRL and for one day only.

Note: If you save your card on file when purchasing, it will automatically be billed every 4 weeks.  If you would like to receive and invoice 7 days before your membership expires and pay it manually, simply do not choose the option to store your card on file.


4.  Schedule
We at 7GFP may need to make adjustments or changes. Notice of any adjustments or changes will be posted on the website on our Announcement page and on a common information board at the entrance of the building.  Our goal is to provide flexibility and stability.


5.  Communications
We request parents/guardians/students/family members/individuals to make their facilitators aware of any and all health concerns that could be of issue in class: such as injuries, allergies, and medical disabilities.

We ask that students only use their phone during class times if absolutely necessary or important family needs that require immediate attention.

We advocate the importance of diligence, focus with ‘healthy’ communication during class times between facilitators and participants.  It is important not to participate in needless social media, texting, or ‘Random Phon-ing’ during your time at 7Generations Forward Project enrichment center in any membership classes, showcase or mini film festival.


6.  Other Considerations
Gum or food is .to be eaten is specified areas only.  Members are encouraged to have their water container.

We remind all students members that if you feel unwell, please stay home and rest. You can always participate remotely.
